- For God to be glorified in this situation.
- That pain will continue to be well controlled so that she can walk and move comfortably and so that she can breath deeply to avoid pneumonia.
- Bilirubin levels will continue to decrease to normal levels.
- Incisions will remain clean and infection free.
- Drainage to decrease and become increasingly clear and less bloody(They are doing well now).
- There would be no leakage inside the GI tract from the surgical sites.
- Bowel function would return quickly.
- A good nights rest each night and several good naps each day.
- For Mom to be home for Christmas.
Thank you to all of the prayer warriors out there doing battle for Mom. She said she is doing so well because of all the prayer. She is not anxious about anything but is resting secure in her Saviour's mighty arms.

Heidi,
This blog is the coolest ever. What a great idea. I just check it and pray and check it and pray and check it and pray. God is faithful and will continue to be. I am sending the good news to Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and Texas!
Love, Gar and Jean
So glad to hear that the surgery went well. We have all been praying for Aunt Marilyn. She has support from coast to coast to coast!!! We actually had snow last Thursday here in Louisiana. The last time was in 1988. I know that you are all going to have a Christmas miracle and we will continue praying for her recovery.
Love to all, Sandra
We're happy to hear Aunt Marilyn is up and walking. We'll continue to pray all goes well and that she will be home for Christmas.
My good friends from New Jersey to California are also praying for her.
Steve is going to be at the Steelers vs. Titans game in Nashville and said he's for the Steelers, but will root for Aunt Marilyn!
Love,
Linda, Ron and family
It is so good to hear the words I was praying for-- "the surgeon said it couldn't have gone any better"!! Our family continues to lift up Marilyn and the family. I'm very happy to hear that things are going so well-- a tribute to God's power and grace.
With love,
Wendy Ross
