Surgery Update #4
Just spoke with Heidi. Mom is in the recovery room and doing well. Her pain is being managed well and she has been sleeping off and on. It looks as if they got all the cancer - the margins were clean according to Heidi. AND it does not appear to have spread to her liver. They did take biopsies of the liver though. She will be in a private room once she leaves the recovery room. I spoke with her briefly and she had to mention the Steelers-Ravens game. Just to rub it in a little.

THREE CHEERS FOR THE DOCTOR. A MIRACLE HAS HAPPENED. MAY HER RECOVERY BE QUICK. WHAT A GREAT CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR THE FAMILY. WE WILL CONTINUE TO PRAY.

Indeed it is a miracle!!!
Marilyn has gotten thru the first hurdle!! I will continue to pray for her speedy recovery.
Prayers do help. And isn't it wonderful that God has put these great doctors here to assist in making our prayers come to pass!!
